This fee will be applied to the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.<\/p><p data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"517\"><strong data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"418\">Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.<\/strong><br data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"421\" \/><strong data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"517\">Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed treatment(s).<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"614\">If you\u2019re not comfortable with this policy, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with booking.<\/p><p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"722\">Unpaid fees may impact your ability to schedule future appointments, which may be subject to cancellation.<\/p><p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"1066\"><strong data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"754\">Important for New Clients:<\/strong><br data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"757\" \/>If you are booking Electrolysis, Blemish Removal with Advanced Electrolysis, or Vellus Hair Removal for the first time, a consultation is required before your treatment. Without a prior consultation, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be refunded <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1066\">minus any card processing fees<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>NHS Clients<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booked treatment.
