A booking fee is required at the time of reservation. This fee will be applied to the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed treatment(s).

If you’re not comfortable with this policy, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with booking.

Unpaid fees may impact your ability to schedule future appointments, which may be subject to cancellation.

Important for New Clients:
If you are booking Electrolysis, Blemish Removal with Advanced Electrolysis, or Vellus Hair Removal for the first time, a consultation is required before your treatment. Without a prior consultation, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be refunded minus any card processing fees

NHS Clients

Cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booked treatment. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session, depending on the remaining time available.
